How strong is your Faith?
My Lord said that if you have Faith as small as a mustard seed you can tell a sycamore tree to uproot itself and go plant in the sea and it will obey you. So, with this being said what are you telling to move in your life? If you only need a little faith to make things happen, why do we have so much trouble? I will tell you why. Faith is not something you can see. It’s not tangible. You will never see a commercial that is selling Faith. Faith is like air. You know it’s there but you are not able to touch it. Faith is knowing even when there is nothing in that moment confirming its truth. You just need a little to alter your life. Think about the things you want in your life. Do you know that if you want those things you need faith to make it happen? When you KNOW something is going to happen it usually does. Why does it happen? You made it happen. You didn’t do anything to stop it. You knew it so it happened. I entered a contest one day and when I got back to the office, I kept telling everyone that I was going to win some tickets. I just knew that I was going to win. Now there was a little doubt because it was a drawing but I just kept speaking the words that I had already won. Do you know that when they sent the e-mail that afternoon I won the tickets…..LOL! It just reinforced that when you believe, things happen.
You are like a vessel and what you pour into it defines who you are and what will happen to you. When you pour Faith into your vessel, you begin to shine with positivity. After a while, you overflow with positive words and thoughts creating beautiful situations in your life. This kind of activity does not leave room for negative things. They do not fit and you end up squeezing that out of your life. Your good outweighs your bad. Doubt is overpowered by your positive beliefs. When your bad outweighs your good and more doubt is poured into your vessel it is like breeding bacteria. Your doubt grows into fear and then it chokes the life out of any dream or accomplishment you desire. With doubt, you tend to focus on things that inspire negativity. You focus on past failures. You see other people’s misery as a reason not to go forth with your dream. You allow negative words to reinforce your doubt and fear. We are human so there will always be a piece of doubt. What you have to do is to stand up to that doubt and tell it to move. Tell it that it doesn’t belong there and that you are going to show it that it’s a liar.
You just need a little Faith to tell that doubt to move. You don’t have to be 100% sure but you do have to take that first step. Set the goal. Then take the first step towards that goal. Know that you CAN do anything when you fill that vessel with Faith. KNOW that what you want you can have if you work for it. You will always have to work to keep doubt and fear out of your path. You have to stand up for your dreams and aspirations. Doubt and fear have no intentions of getting you to any goal. That is not how they work. There is nothing for you hanging out with doubt and fear. You are just postponing your success. When doubt comes and stands in your way, tell it to move you have things to do. Tell all of your obstacles to move you have somewhere to be and then keep moving.
Success is waiting on you.
Make today the day that you take a stand.
AND remember Faith is the bird that feels the light when the dawn is still dark.
