Crawl.....

Wonderful morning!

So, I’m listening to this Chris Brown song “Crawl” and it so powerful. When you are knocked down you have pick yourself up.

He sings:

This is how you should live your life. In the beginning, it may seem as if you hurt so bad that you will never be able to recover. That’s when you begin to crawl. When you make the decision to heal you just have to take that first step. Step out on Faith. Believe you can do it. Once you have started to crawl you will find that people will be placed in your life to encourage you and before you know it, you will start to walk again. The confidence will kick in and your walk will become a run. The heat from your run is actually your heart pumping and breaking down walls. Before your know it you have jumped off the cliff of love and flying into a happy future. This all depends on how you handle the situation.

Sad people have made up their minds that nothing will work. I have heard women say that they can’t be in a relationship because they are not able to control their emotions. Men have confided in me that they can’t trust women because of the past. Well they are right! You will not have a better life because YOU have decided that you don’t want better. You are afraid of being hurt but you end up more hurt holding on to the unnecessary. The thing is you will take risk on other things like jobs, food, cars, phones….etc but you will not take a chance on love. Interesting.

I’m not just talking about love from another person either. The love for you is very important. Holding on to past hurts really is hurting you. You are the one that becomes desperate and end up with a bum. It’s you that pushes away all the good for the fear of the pain. You are the reason that other person left because you wouldn’t open up. You miss out on the love of family, friends, and significant others because of your baggage. Learn to free yourself. Step out on Faith!

You don’t have to do it all at one time. Just begin with a crawl. You are stronger than you ever imagined. You are made from greatness and that means that you are special. Think about all that you have already been through in your life. You are still here. Why? You are still here because you are unbreakable. There may be a crack but it can be repaired. So let’s get back to love. Love of yourself. Love of life. Love of others. Let your love shine bright today!

I hope today is the day that you decide to crawl.

AND remember there is no mistaking love. You feel it in your heart. It is the common fiber of life, the flame that heats our soul, energizes our spirit, and supplies passion to our lives.
